Responsibilities
• Be involved from the start of PLM projects to support clients in defining their business processes
• Adapt the 3DEXPERIENCE solution to clients' needs
• Document functional requirements and participate in tracking and implementing specific customizations
• Support users during testing, validation and final acceptance stages
• Ensure compliance of the implemented solution
• Provide support and assistance to client teams during deployment
• Contribute to change management to promote adoption of new tools and processes
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by supporting the sales teams
Requirements
• Degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, or an equivalent technical field
• Strong experience using and/or deploying PLM tools
• Understanding of industrial challenges and business processes related to PLM
• Proficiency in CAD tools is a strong asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent in French and proficient in English
• Customer-facing experience preferred and a consulting-oriented approach
• Autonomous, organized and able to work collaboratively
• Hold a valid driving license (category B)
