You will act as lead architect and strategic advisor for our customers, translating business strategies into scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.

You should have hands‑on experience with platform implementation, data modeling, integrations, and IT service processes, as well as the ability to address technical and strategic topics in a target‑oriented manner up to C‑level.

Requirements Min. 9 years of experience in the consulting or IT service industry, with at least 5 years of focus on ServiceNow.Proven experience in leading large, complex, and multi‑modular ServiceNow implementations.In‑depth expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem, as well as in architecture, platform design, and technical implementation.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification, e.g.

REST and SOAP.Secure in process modeling, process optimization, and the translation of professional requirements into technical solutions.Very good knowledge of German and English.Experience with agile methods, e.g.
