You bring market insights and expertise on trending topics into projects and actively and progressively shape the further development of the in-house consulting function. You maintain, expand and leverage your network of decision-makers within the company, the group, the cooperative network and with strategically relevant partners.
Requirements You hold a completed (Master's) degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field of study. You have many years of experience in a strategy or management consultancy, or in a comparable role in the context of strategy or M&A, ideally within banking & finance and/or IT.
You have solid leadership and project management experience in complex constellations. You have business-fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level). You bring analytical skills and problem-solving competence with a comprehensive methodological toolkit and a proactive, can-do attitude.
You have strong communication and assertiveness skills and a confident presence even with critical stakeholders. A high degree of initiative, independence and customer orientation characterizes you.
