Responsibilities Prospecting and acquiring new customers as well as managing existing accounts within the mid-market (SME) sector Providing strategic IT consulting to clients in defining and implementing tailored sourcing strategies Methodical support of sourcing processes through cost-effectiveness analyses and ROI calculations Active participation in IT architecture and solution design for future-ready IT sourcing concepts Independent bid management, including preparation of proposals and quotations Structured preparation and follow-up of client meetings, including deriving targeted sales actions Continuous market and demand analysis to actively shape our overall sales strategy Close cross-functional collaboration with internal commercial and technical teams Representing the company and engaging in active networking at trade shows and industry events Requirements Preferably a university degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus) or comparable IT vocational training (e.g., IT system management, IT specialist) Several years of relevant sales experience and solid industry experience in managed services or complex IT sourcing strategies Solid knowledge of ITIL Structured, independent and highly customer-oriented working style with a strong solution and closing focus Fluent spoken and written English is desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
