You will advance Lead-to-Cash processes: opportunity management, forecasting, and sales workflows.

Responsibilities You will further develop the existing Sales Cloud: data model, processes, automations — independently from requirements analysis through design to implementation. You will automate business processes using Flow Builder, Approval Processes, and AI features.
You will be responsible for integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, and M365 — and continue to evolve them. You will develop Agentforce use cases in the sales context and bring them into production. You will define and establish best practices for configuration and data modeling.
You will run technical workshops and moderate requirements discussions with various stakeholders. You will support presales with technical advice and effort estimations.
Requirements Several years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce consultant with a focus on Sales Cloud — you have not only specified solutions but built them yourself (APEX, Lightning) Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (data model, automation, integrations) Experience in process automation using Flow Builder and Approval Processes Experience with data-driven processes and AI/agent solutions (Agentforce) Proven experience with Agentforce or at least Einstein AI in a sales context Experience in stakeholder management and moderating technical workshops German business proficiency (C1), English fluent (B2) #J-18808-Ljbffr
