Responsibilities Support and maintenance of ongoing SAP HCM applications with a focus on payroll, personnel administration, basic time management, and related interfaces Take ownership of the module and be responsible for the associated applications and processes Advise business departments on processes and the technical implementation of requirements in SAP HCM systems Opportunity to participate in SAP HCM projects as project manager and/or subproject lead Proactively advise HR on innovations, architecture in the SAP HCM environment, and best practices Participate in operational incident and problem management as well as ongoing support Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions Coordinate and test support packages as well as conduct user trainings and workshops (DE/EN) Close collaboration with external service providers Requirements Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in this field Very good written and spoken German skills Ideally basic knowledge of SuccessFactors or integration with SAP HCM Knowledge of personnel cost planning and/or structural authorizations, small ABAP adjustments, or in the area of Employee and Manager Self Services in SAP HCM (ESS/MSS) Openness, independent and responsible working style, and willingness to contribute knowledge to the team Certifications & Qualifications Degree in Business Administration Degree in Business Informatics Degree in Computer Science Degree in Industrial Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr
