Lead interactive training sessions and hands‑on workshops to enable end users. Continuously learn and adopt the latest SAP Payroll technologies and industry best practices. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP Payroll for Germany and strong knowledge of German labor and tax regulations. Fluent in German (B2/C1) and English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Ambitious, eager to learn, and customer‑oriented. Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel.
SAP certification, experience with German SAP Cloud Payroll, and ABAP coding skills are a plus.
