What your tasks are: Lead the Manufacturing workstream in national and international SAP transformation programs and ensure high‑quality project delivery Take end‑to‑end responsibility for manufacturing processes and solution design Design and implement manufacturing solutions, including integration with adjacent streams and systems Drive innovation topics around SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Digital Manufacturing Mentor our young professionals and junior consultants and actively contribute to knowledge‑sharing in our CNT Competence Teams Take over a leading role in sales cycles in your area of expertise and actively contribute to setup and run customer demos as well as pre‑sales presentations Commitment to continuous professional and personal development What experience you should have: 7+ years of hands‑on consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (public and private cloud, on‑premise) Strong expertise in SAP PP, ideally complemented by experience in SAP PP‑PI in validated industries Proven experience in leading SAP Manufacturing streams and small teams in complex transformation projects E xperience in Di gital Manufacturing and MES integration are beneficial Ability to take ownership and drive topics independently Excellent consulting and communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders on all organizational levels High flexibility and willingness to travel Interest in open and constructive cooperation Business fluent in German and English #J-18808-Ljbffr Activities to support health and well-being: Offers that support health, sport, well-being (e.g. yoga, private supplementary insurance, Wellpass and much more).
