Areas of responsibility and tasks in which YOU implement together with us Project management: Independent processing and management of projects, both nationally and internationally, with a focus on supporting IT rollout projects (including SAP migration to S/4 Hana).

Methodological expertise: Mastery of a convincing toolbox of methods, models and solutions Workshop management: Independent realisation of workshops, from conception to moderation, even for complex topics and large groups Sales role: Lead in the acquisition process and independent creation of high-quality offers Training and leadership : Specialist training of junior consultants and the opportunity to take on management responsibility Team and company development: helping to shape the further development of the company What we expect for this role Completed university degree (diploma or master's degree) and specialised further training At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, especially in change management, project management, strategy, organisation and digitalisation (HR, sales, IT) Certifications in agile project management (e.g.
