To continue supporting our growth, we are looking for experienced consultants in the role of Senior Consultant to strengthen our team in Lausanne/Pully and Geneva.

Your responsibilities In the context of focused consulting engagements or longer-term transformation initiatives, you will — depending on client needs — be responsible to advise, conduct business analysis, facilitate workshops, or lead key workstreams and sub-projects.

While you work very independently in your consulting role, you will collaborate — in addition to other ELCA Advisory colleagues — with deep-tech experts from across the ELCA Group as needed, including architects, UX designers, data, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity specialists.
