Around 450 employees work at our Swiss locations in Zurich, Bern and Lausanne. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libEnd-to-End Development: /b You drive AI solutions across the full lifecycle - from rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept to deployment in scalable, highly available production environments. /li libAI Services Engineering: /b You build robust backend services in Python that seamlessly integrate state-of-the-art LLMs and perform reliably under production load. /li libAutonomous Agent Architecture: /b You design and implement intelligent agent systems that automate real-world workflows through tool calling and memory management, operating safely within defined guardrails. /li libAgentic SDLC: /b You integrate AI agents into the development lifecycle - from AI-assisted coding and code reviews to automated testing and intelligent documentation - enhancing efficiency across the entire software development process through agentic tools. /li libEnsuring Software Excellence: /b You take ownership of code quality by applying clean architecture principles, implementing automated testing, and establishing efficient CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments. /li libEvaluation Monitoring: /b You implement frameworks to measure the performance of GenAI solutions (e.g., accuracy, latency, cost) and ensure continuous optimization. /li libConsulting: /b You work directly with clients - facilitating workshops and acting as a sparring partner for business and management stakeholders.

You translate complex AI concepts into tangible business impact and co-create the right solutions. /li libTechnology Sparring: /b You assess technical feasibility and advise stakeholders on how to turn innovative ideas into sustainable, production-ready products. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libExcellent Python Skills (Production-Ready): /b You have strong expertise in API development (e.g., FastAPI, Pydantic), containerization, testing (unit and integration), as well as Git and CI/CD - well beyond notebook-based scripting. /li libRapid Prototyping: /b Ability to quickly build and visualize demos and proof-of-concepts. /li libStrong Architectural Understanding: /b You apply solid principles, Clean Architecture, dependency injection, and async/concurrency patterns in a structured way, and leverage ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy) for clean and efficient database interactions. /li libHands-on Experience with Multimodal LLM APIs: /b Proficient in working with leading models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock). /li libAdvanced GenAI Engineering: /b Strong command of prompt engineering, structured outputs (JSON), and tool/function calling. /li libRAG Expertise (End-to-End): /b Experience in building full pipelines - from embeddings and vector databases (e.g., pgvector) to advanced retrieval, re-ranking, and evaluation. /li libAgent Development: /b Experience in designing and orchestrating autonomous systems (e.g., with Pydantic AI), including memory management and guardrails. /li libConsulting Skills: /b Experience working directly with clients.
