Role Overview

• SAP-Beratung: Optimizing service processes for clients using SAP CS, S/4HANA Service, and FSM.
• Hands-on: Responsible for requirement engineering and creating technical concepts for Service-to-Cash processes.
• Workshops: Contributing your process expertise in customer workshops.
• Project Implementation: Developing comprehensive service processes across SAP product boundaries (S/4HANA Service, SAP CS, FSM).

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• SAP Background: Several years of professional experience with SAP Customer Service, S/4HANA Service, and Field Service Management.
• Process Expertise: Extensive experience in designing and configuring Service-to-Cash processes using S/4HANA Service and/or SAP CS.
• Integration Skills: Strong expertise in integrating SAP solutions within the service domain.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English, both internally and externally.
