Senior Consultant SAP S/4HANA Service/FSM (all genders)

We are looking for a skilled SAP consultant to optimize our customers' service processes with SAP CS, S/4HANA Service, and FSM.

• SAP consulting: You will optimize the service processes of our customers with SAP CS, S/4HANA Service, and FSM.
• Hands-on: Requirement engineering and the creation of specialist concepts for Service-to-Cash processes are also part of your responsibilities.
• Workshops: You will bring your process knowledge of customer service into customer workshops.
• Project implementation: You will be actively involved in the development of holistic service processes across the system boundaries of different SAP products (S/4HANA Service, SAP CS, and FSM).

Your Profile

• Qualification: A completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification forms the basis for the role.
• SAP background: You have several years of professional experience with SAP Customer Service, S/4HANA Service, and Field Service Management.
• Process expertise: Your extensive experience in the design and configuration of Service-to-Cash processes using S/4HANA Service and/or SAP CS is a key aspect of your profile.
• Integration skills: You have comprehensive expertise in the integration of various SAP solutions in the service area.
• Communication talent: You communicate securely in German and English, both internally and externally.
