Responsibilities As a Senior IT Consultant (m/f/x) , you will play a key role in advising, implementing, and optimizing solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless digital transformation and operational success.

Leading IT projects end-to-end, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and aligned with business goals, while keeping management and stakeholders informed throughout the process.

Understanding customer challenges and business needs, define clear requirements, and ensure processes are mapped effectively to our solutions, documented in a clear business blueprint. Overseeing testing, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the system functions correctly before go-live.

Guiding customers through the go-live process, providing support during the transition, and ensuring smooth post-implementation stabilization. Implementing solutions across both SAP and non-SAP environments, working with businesses of various sizes, industries, and global markets.

Qualifications A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Project Management, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience. Strong experience in IT Consulting and Project Management, preferably in the supply chain, logistics, or related industries.

Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in maintenance, field service, or last‑mile distribution; familiarity with SAP products is a must. Experience working with the latest technologies and best practices in IT solutions, with a focus on system integration and process optimization.

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing environments and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and experience working in an agile environment. Experience in SAP integration projects and deep knowledge of relevant SAP modules is relevant for driving success.

Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) and the ability to drive project governance and reporting processes. Fluent in English (C1) and in German (C1).
