Responsibilities • Provide high‑quality, technology‑specific consulting in the Salesforce environment, offering expert guidance to our clients. • Manage projects independently and in a structured manner, always with a service‑oriented and customer‑focused approach. • Design processes and features for digital services and products within the Salesforce ecosystem. • In agile projects, take on the role of Proxy Product Owner (PO), providing key support in driving the project forward. • Advise clients on the operationalization of digital solutions across the entire Customer Journey within the Salesforce context. • Act as interface between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation, ensuring that customer requirements are successfully integrated into Salesforce solutions. • Perform requirements engineering and business process analysis, offering guidance on improving business processes. • Assist with the operational implementation of Salesforce configurations, ensuring that technical solutions are perfectly tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications • Solid expertise in Digital Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce. • Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector. • Strong background and experience in requirements management. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way. • Fluent German and English skills are required (C1 level or higher). • Strong abstract thinking and analytical abilities, enabling you to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, their features, and configuration options, paired with excellent technical understanding. • You have at least six years of relevant experience in the role. • Sharing your knowledge and experience with others is important to you.
