Responsibilities Lead the functional team for the SAP FI module Provide support to SAP users in an AMS support environment Serve as the technical and functional reference for topics related to financial processes Lead the team of consultants, performing planning and monitoring of activities Manage priorities, deadlines and deliverables Define the solution strategy together with architects and managers Act as the client focal point Ensure integration between modules and processes Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts Monitor project indicators and status Support business and technical decisions Conduct accounting closing processes (closing) Ensure the integration of SAP FI with the CO, MM, SD and HCM modules Conduct integrated tests, validations and UATs Other routine activities as needed Requirements Solid experience working with SAP FI Experience in AMS support Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Knowledge of ABAP for reading and creating functional specifications Ability to be flexible and lead a team in a problem‑solving environment Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills Excellent negotiation skills Strong autonomy in decision‑making SAP certification required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) required Hard Skills SAP FI ABAP Financial Processes Integrated Testing UAT Accounting Closing Processes Solution Strategy Definition Project Monitoring Risk Mitigation Module Integration Soft Skills Excellent Communication Interpersonal Skills Organizational Skills Negotiation Skills Problem‑Solving Certifications & Qualifications SAP Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
