In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our product team, showcasing the power of Protocol AI through engaging demos and tailoring the platform to meet client-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops for prospective and existing clients (in-person and/or virtual) Understand client workflows, pain points and requirements to guide solution design Configure and implement client-specific templates, workflows, and settings within Protocol AI Act as a bridge between clients and our Product and Engineering teams to support onboarding, feature requests and customizations Gather structured feedback and translate it into actionable improvements for the platform Qualifications Master\'s in Life Sciences, MD, Pharmacy, Biology, Clinical Research, or a related field.
