Acting as the bridge between customer needs and technical capabilities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solution strategies, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and guide proof-of-concept initiatives.

Accountabilities • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand business objectives, existing technology landscapes, integration requirements, and regulatory considerations. • Design tailored solution architectures and implementation approaches that align product capabilities with customer needs. • Deliver engaging, customized product demonstrations that showcase relevant workflows and business value for different stakeholder groups. • Define, coordinate, and oversee proof-of-concept projects, ensuring successful execution and validation against agreed success criteria. • Develop ROI models, total cost of ownership analyses, and business cases that support customer investment decisions. • Prepare technical responses for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring accurate and compelling documentation of product capabilities. • Act as the voice of the customer by communicating market trends, feature requests, and competitive insights to product and development teams. • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the pre-sales process.

Requirements • 3–5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry. • Proven experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships. • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulations, and industry challenges. • Experience designing customer-focused solutions and translating business needs into technical recommendations. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support strategic decision-making. • Excellent consulting, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities. • Outstanding presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and evolving industry trends while maintaining strong attention to detail. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. • Relevant certifications in project management, digital marketing, or content management are considered an advantage. • Upper-intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
