Here, your voice matters - bold thinking is encouraged, and action follows ambition. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild trusted relationships with HR, Legal, and Finance partners. /li liAct as a strategic advisor, translating business needs into sourcing strategies. /li liLead and execute complex sourcing projects, including RFPs and supplier evaluations. /li liAnalyze financials, model pricing, and negotiate commercially sound deals. /li liDraft and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and performance oversight. /li liMonitor market trends and manage supplier relationships to drive innovation. /li liApply sourcing best practices and contribute to continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in a consulting environment (e.g., management consulting, procurement advisory, or PMO roles). /li liProven ability to advise senior HR stakeholders and translate business needs into sourcing and commercial strategies. /li liExperience leading transformational sourcing initiatives across key HR service categories (e.g., recruitment, benefits, payroll, LD, HRIS). /li liHands‑on experience managing the end‑to‑end sourcing lifecycle, including contract negotiation and supplier selection. /li liStrong capability in structuring deals and drafting commercial contracts, including MSAs, change orders, and amendments. /li liFluency in English and German. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Supplier Management /h3 ul liDemonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations. /li liSkilled in vendor relationship management, performance governance, and strategic supplier engagement. /li liCollaborative approach with internal teams, legal, and finance functions to ensure holistic outcomes. /li /ul h3Strategic Financial Acumen /h3 ul liProficient in building business cases, performing cost/benefit analysis, and developing pricing models aligned to HR service delivery goals. /li liDeep understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO) and market benchmarking. /li /ul h3Execution Delivery /h3 ul liStrong project management and execution skills: ideally experienced in developing sourcing strategies, leading market analysis, and running RFP/RFI processes. /li liExcellent communication and executive presentation skills; able to synthesize complex issues for clear decision‑making. /li liComfortable working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments, balancing competing priorities with high‑quality delivery. /li /ul h3Join a truly global team /h3 pWe offer a dynamic and international environment where high performance meets real purpose. ppbAt Chain IQ, your ideas move fast. /b Chain IQ is a global AI-driven Procurement Service Partner, headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, with operations across main centers and 16 offices worldwide.
