Responsibilities Support the implementation and optimization of supply chain and procurement solutions Assist with testing, deployment, and stabilization to ensure successful rollouts Analyze and resolve issues while coordinating with business, IT, and external partners Configure and support procurement processes in SAP MM, SAP Ariba, and related platforms Maintain workflows, master data, supplier processes, and system integrations Implement enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and business performance Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions Create and deliver training materials, workshops, and user documentation Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures Support integrations between procurement platforms and enterprise systems Requirements Possess strong knowledge of procurement, material management, and supply chain processes Have hands‑on experience with SAP ERP, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, or comparable solutions Understand system configuration, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and process support Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical solutions Troubleshoot technical, process‑related, and data‑related issues across integrated systems Support or manage implementation and optimization projects in cross‑functional environments Hold a degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field Relevant SAP certifications in procurement, MM, Ariba, or supply chain solutions are desirable Equivalent practical experience in procurement or supply chain environments is valued Communicate fluently in English and take ownership of responsibilities Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in procurement processes, material management, and supply chain optimization, with a strong focus on SAP MM and SAP Ariba configurations.
