Responsibilities
• Lead the design, evolution and governance of modern, scalable, secure and resilient architectures
• Develop and review full‑stack solutions, ensuring end‑to‑end technical quality
• Define technical guidelines, corporate standards and engineering and architecture best practices
• Apply Artificial Intelligence and automation to business solutions, digital products and internal platforms
• Lead proofs of concept (POCs), technical experiments and validation of new technologies
• Support the modernization of legacy systems, focusing on performance, sustainability and risk reduction
• Act as technical advisor to product, engineering, data and business teams
• Mentor architects and developers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical maturity
• Participate in strategic forums and contribute to the long‑term vision for architecture and engineering
• Ensure alignment between technology solutions, digital strategy and business objectives
Qualifications
• Strong experience in software architecture and engineering of complex systems
• Experience on large‑scale projects and in critical environments
• Proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python or .NET
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and full‑stack development
• Experience with modern architectures: Microservices, Event‑Driven, Clean Architecture
• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL)
• Knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Cloud experience (preferably Azure)
• Practices in CI/CD, observability, security and reliability in distributed environments
• Knowledge and application of AI, intelligent automation or solutions based on language models
• Clear, structured and influential communication with technical and business audiences
• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
• Autonomy, proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility
