System incidents are exciting challenges for you, which you resolve with analytical precision and innovative approaches. Requirements Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, complemented by several years of experience in ESM/ITSM projects. Proven track record in successfully delivering complex service management solutions.
Motivated to master xamplo’s solutions technically down to the last detail, to advise customers as an expert, and to take responsibility in demanding projects. Experience implementing ESM/ITSM solutions and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new systems. Knowledge of Freshworks, Matrix42 or Xurrent is an advantage but not required.
Experience in requirements engineering to turn vague customer ideas into clear technical specifications. An ITIL 4 certification is a plus — either already obtained or in progress. Excellent German language skills and fluent English communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
