What You’ll Bring

• Deep expertise in Total Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR strategy
• Strong experience in job evaluation, pay benchmarking, and reward design
• Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
• A passion for making reward systems more equitable and impactful
• Crucially, you must be trained or qualified in the Hay Group Methodology

Location & Travel

You can be based in London, Manchester, or Central UK . Our work spans the country, and we value in-person collaboration—so regular travel and overnight stays are part of how we build trusted partnerships.
