This role is ideal for a highly adaptable individual with experience in project management, business analysis, strong customer service experience, and excellent organizational and communication skills who will thrive on playing a key role in solving operational issues in the delivery of critical projects. The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will work independently as well as lead various business areas in planning, management, implementation, and support of projects focused on the delivery of IT solutions to business problems. Must be positive, energetic, proactive, hardworking individual who thrives in a complex, quick changing environment.

Will have knowledge of:

• Project Management methodology, principles, processes tools/techniques.

• Business Analysis best practices, in particular requirements gathering and analysis techniques, and creation of current/future process maps.

• Application Continuous Improvement; Solution Operations Support and Maintenance.

• Assist in the development of test plans, and execution of test cases.

• Working knowledge of security operations, access controls, and information protection practices.

• IT service management platforms and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Power BI)
