XLever is looking for an experienced strategy consultant who wants to go deeper into Revenue Growth Management and Consumer Goods.

You will work directly with senior client teams on questions around pricing, promotions, portfolio, trade terms and RGM operating models. The role combines structured strategy work with hands-on analysis and commercial decision-making.

At XLever, the work does not stop at the recommendation. We stay close until the commercial logic can actually be used by the business.

• 01 RGM strategy and maturity assessments
• 02 Opportunity sizing and business cases
• 03 Pricing and portfolio strategy
• 05 Trade terms
• 06 Commercial operating models and governance
• 07 Executive workshops and decision-making
• 08 Focused RGM projects from diagnosis through to implementation readiness
• Experience in strategy consulting, ideally MBB or another top-tier strategy environment
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• A solid understanding of P&L and value drivers
• Ability to move from hypothesis to analysis to recommendation
• An independent, hands-on way of working
