As an important member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for all questions relating to the operation of our sophisticated products. By providing feedback to our DevOps team, you will help us continuously improve our products and align them even more closely with our customers’ needs.

Your role

• You analyze and resolve customer inquiries and reliably manage support cases from initial intake through to successful resolution.
• As part of Customer Success, you maintain and develop customer relationships, manage the customer portfolio, conduct needs analyses, and support upselling and renewals.
• You review customer configurations as well as master data, measurement data, and forecast data, assess their quality, and investigate or establish interfaces for data exchange with our customers.
• For complex issues, you work closely with the DevOps, Product Management, and Sales teams.
• You document the insights gained and use them to further develop our products and processes, as well as to deepen our understanding of market and customer requirements.
• Technical, scientific, or business-related degree or equivalent qualifications
• Professional experience in technical customer support, the SaaS business, the energy sector, or data analysis is an advantage; technically and analytically minded career starters are also welcome
• English language skills at B2 level, both written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or other spreadsheet software
• Knowledge of Python or another scripting or programming language
• Ideally, experience working with data formats and interfaces such as CSV, JSON, REST/MQTT APIs, as well as RegEx, Unix/Linux tools, or Kubernetes
