Guide clients through the entire payroll process, from payroll processing to the Self‑Service portal. Contribute to active product development by providing qualified feedback. Support the rollout of new software releases and conduct comprehensive testing of features. Create clear FAQ articles and relevant news updates.
Requirements Commercial vocational training with a Swiss federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) in social insurance or HR, or equivalent. Several years of experience in a comparable role or payroll position. Solid payroll expertise in payroll accounting, social insurances, and withholding tax.
Strong affinity for ERP systems and an interest in digital developments. Confident communication skills in German; Italian language skills at a minimum B1–B2. #J-18808-Ljbffr
