Responsibilities • Responsible for end-to-end project execution and management of the full process from application submission to successful disbursement of funds • Reliable central interface between our clients and authorities as a confident stakeholder manager • Strategic development and continuous maintenance of client relationships • Customer data management, analysis, and preparation for auditors • Guide clients through software onboarding to sustainably digitize funding and application processes • Digital and transparent implementation of documentation requirements to ensure the highest quality standards • Early identification of client needs, proactive advisory support, and ensuring maximum return on investment • Targeted escalation of client feedback within the team for continuous software optimization Requirements • University degree in economics (or a related field) • Initial practical experience in project management or consulting • Independent, structured, detail-oriented working style and ability to maintain oversight across multiple projects • Self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and a hands‑on mentality • Enjoyment of strategic client contact with a confident, engaging, and professional manner • Fluent written and spoken German; ideally very good English skills • Strong affinity for numbers, processes, and digital solutions Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in project management and client relationship development, with a strong focus on digital solutions and data management.
