Requirements Min. 9 years of experience in the consulting or IT service industry, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow. In-depth expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem, as well as in architecture, platform design, and technical implementation.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification, e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, or comparable. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and Web Services, e.g., REST and SOAP. Secure in process modeling, process optimization, and translating professional requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent German and English skills. Experience with agile methods, e.g., Scrum or Kanban.
