Responsibilities Drive business growth across the DACH region, owning pipeline, revenue and results Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand Diversey Consulting’s footprint Identify and build strategic partnerships within the food industry Lead consultative sales processes, from needs assessment to solution design and closing Act as a trusted advisor to clients (Quality, Operations, Food Safety leaders) Own regional P&L performance and business outcomes Coordinate and manage delivery teams (consultants, partners, laboratories, etc.) Ensure successful execution of client projects Requirements University degree in Food Safety, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Veterinary Sciences or similar Strong technical understanding of food safety and operations Fluency in German and English Experience in business development, sales, or consultative roles Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate expertise into business opportunities Ability to assess client needs and propose tailored, value-driven solutions Natural relationship builder with strong communication skills Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven #J-18808-Ljbffr
