Responsibilities Undertake general health and safety and fire risk assessments Provide consultancy support and advice to clients in the commercial and residential property sector Part of the week will be site‑based and part at home working on reports and assisting clients Pre‑planned diaries to support and assist work life balance Travel to sites as required Requirements High level qualification and relevant experience in H&S, Environmental Health, Fire, or related subject Experience in undertaking site based H&S / Fire Risk Assessments Thorough knowledge of relevant UK standards and codes Proven technical ability Good report writing, IT and communication skills Desirable professional memberships: Chartered Membership of IOSH CertIOSH Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Member of IFE Member of IFSM #J-18808-Ljbffr
