Responsibilities Digitalization of district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our financial software and the associated specialist departments Process and organizational consulting in close collaboration with our clients and partners Training users after software implementation Comprehensive, practice‑oriented onboarding by a mentor (buddy), including seminars, webinars, qualified in‑house training and conferences Strong team culture and an independent area of responsibility Requirements Completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration or Business/Economics, or vocational training as an administrative specialist (m/f/d) Basic knowledge of accounting is desirable Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting Experience in project management (ideally gained through internships or working‑student roles) Interest in continuous professional development and lifelong learning Independent working style, high self‑motivation and strong organizational skills Willingness to travel regionally Very good German language skills, both written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr
