You deliver Lean training across the Western European production network with a primary focus at the Mannheim site.

Responsibilities You actively contribute to the design and establishment of a Lean qualification concept for the Western European production network. You advise on the implementation of optimization projects for the operational area within the Western European production network, focusing on the Mannheim site.
You ensure the exchange and transfer of knowledge on Lean methods at the Mannheim site and across the entire production network and drive their further development. You contribute to the development of a Lean assessment system.
Requirements You have completed vocational training with a recognized technical qualification, for example as a state-certified business administrator/technician, or possess a comparable qualification. You have methodological knowledge in Lean Management, project management and are familiar with agile working methods.
You are familiar with the production areas at the Mannheim site. You ask the right questions and listen actively. You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people.
You are willing to travel for project assignments to various sites within our Western European production network and demonstrate pronounced intercultural competence. Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
