Responsibilities You work closely with the team lead on the operational implementation and analysis of studies Client management: You maintain close, regular contact with our clients You monitor compliance with quality standards and are responsible for overseeing and delegating tasks to external service providers and internal services After successful onboarding, you independently take on small projects or sub-tasks of large, international projects Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences, ideally with a focus on Marketing and/or Business Psychology Analytical and conceptual thinking skills Strong client-, service- and marketing-orientation Creativity Interest in data-driven marketing: analyzing and evaluating data, deriving insights and actionable recommendations Ideally strong (theoretical) knowledge of empirical market research methods Good presentation skills; ability to prepare complex market research topics and analyses in a clear and accessible way Strong organizational skills Excellent German and English language skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint) and, ideally, SPSS, R or Survey Reporter (or similar) #J-18808-Ljbffr
