Responsibilities Develop workflows and processes for optimal practice operations together with our clients Conduct training remotely or on-site Regular visits to clients' dental practices Respond to customer inquiries about software usage by phone and in writing Provide consultation appointments for practice workflow analyses and optimizations Requirements Experience in dental practice settings, ideally as a ZFA (dental assistant) or practice manager Positive, people-oriented attitude Strong teamwork skills and respectful, appreciative communication Excellent grasp and quick learning ability Technical and analytical thinking skills Some experience in support Self-organized and able to work independently Confident, communicative presence with customers Basic IT knowledge or willingness to acquire it during onboarding Initial experience in dental practice technology or medical technology is a plus German language skills at least at C1 level #J-18808-Ljbffr
