Role OverviewAs a Principal ServiceNow Consultant at Devoteam, you'll be part of an agile, European team with over 500 tech experts and 200 certified consultants who are passionate about transforming ServiceNow platforms into real digital success stories.What You Will DoYou'll take on a leading role in strategic and complex ServiceNow transformation projects: from architecture and roadmap to design & implementation, rollout, governance, and continuous optimization.Why It Might Be a FitWe're looking for a visionary, advisory personality with ownership mentality and high quality standards, who can address technical and strategic topics in a target-oriented manner up to C-level.

Requirements Min. 9 years of experience in the consulting or IT service industry, with at least 5 years of focus on ServiceNow.Proven experience in leading large, complex, and multi-modular ServiceNow implementations.In-depth expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem, as well as in architecture, platform design, and technical implementation.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification, such as CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, or equivalent.Fundament knowledge in JavaScript, Glide API, and web services, such as REST and SOAP.Secure in process modeling, process optimization, and translating professional requirements into technical solutions.Very good German and English skills.Experience with agile methods, such as Scrum or Kanban.Knowledge in multiple ServiceNow areas, such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, GRC, HRSD, CSM, or Asset Management.Hands‑on experience with platform implementation, data modeling, integrations, and IT service processes.The ability to address technical and strategic topics in a target‑oriented manner up to C‑level.A visionary, advisory personality with ownership mentality and high quality standards.Experience in pre‑sales, solution design, RFPs, or bid processes.Enjoyment in leading teams, sharing knowledge, and developing consultants.Independent working style, strategic thinking, and team strength.
