Responsibilities You are responsible for the operational management and scaling of our training and consulting programs. You ensure that content, schedules, trainers and participants come together smoothly, and you continue to develop the area structurally.
You support participants in our multi-month programs, manage registrations and communications, and administer the central inbox. You plan trainings online and on-site, book hotels, venues and travel for trainers and participants, and handle invoicing and processing.
You schedule assignments for our trainers and consultants, coordinate availability and support quality assurance. You help build our learning platform, structure content and participant workflows, and gradually digitize manual processes.
You contribute to the design of new trainings, further develop program structures and support acquisition processes by following up on contacts and coordinating appointments.
Requirements Professional experience in project management, operations, customer success or event organization, ideally in a B2B environment Structured, independent working style with strong organizational skills Confident communication with clients at executive and management levels High digital affinity, ideally with experience in CRM systems, learning platforms or similar tools Willingness to travel for a few days per month Very good German, both spoken and written Interest in automotive aftersales is a plus but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
