Your Role As a Functional Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM), you will lead the rollout of SAP SM processes, collaborate across functional teams, support business stakeholders, and ensure a smooth and stable go‑live experience. Key Responsibilities SAP Rollout Lead the rollout of SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM). Analyse business requirements and convert them into BRDs and configuration designs. Configure SAP SM functionalities to align with business processes and template standards.
Drive Unit Testing and UAT cycles, ensuring thorough coverage and timely issue resolution. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with SAP functional leads (SD, MM, PP, FI) to ensure seamless cross‑module integration. Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and communicate rollout progress.
Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align SAP deployment activities with business priorities. User Support & Training Deliver user training and enablement on SAP SM functionalities, processes, and best practices. Support end‑user readiness and adoption during rollout and go‑live.
Support development and review of migration programs to ensure data quality and completeness. Hypercare Support Provide dedicated post‑go‑live Hypercare support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction. Monitor system performance and user feedback, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Lead daily Hypercare stand‑ups to track issues, actions, progress, and user experience.
