Responsibilities Shape data demand at source Lead the definition of complex business and data requirements Translate strategy into delivery Drive prioritization and alignment Lead backlog refinement sessions Map business processes and identify where data can improve efficiency Help establish consistent ways of working across North America Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and traceable Identify and manage risks across the data demand pipeline Work closely with Engagement Leads, Strategic Directors, and GIS teams Mentor and develop others Requirements Strong experience in business analysis or data consulting, working with senior stakeholders Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, prioritized requirements and user stories Proven ability to lead through influence and drive consensus across competing priorities Experience working in a B2B, customer-facing or sales-led environment Comfortable engaging across commercial teams, operational stakeholders, and technical delivery teams Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles Experience working with multiple data sources and structured delivery frameworks (ITOM or ITIL) #J-18808-Ljbffr
