• Advising on fundamental issues and complex individual decisions relating to data protection
• Conducting audits, reviews, and analyses
• Assessing the adequacy of technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data
• Developing, preparing, and continuously updating an overarching data protection framework
• Informing and training employees
• Supporting clients as part of data protection consulting and outsourced Data Protection Officer services

Requirements

• Ability to provide high-quality professional advice
• Basic knowledge of data protection (data protection law and technology) desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working with clients
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech in German and English; an additional language used within an EU legal jurisdiction is welcome
• Good knowledge of IT systems
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driver’s license
