Responsibilities Provide support and assistance to customers and employees in the MyLiebherr customer portal Provide support for digital products (LIDIAG + LIDIA + Remote) and future digital offerings Handle license sales Act as a liaison to the sales team Act as a liaison to second-level support Ensure that all machines are registered in the MyLiebherr customer portal Perform administrative tasks Requirements Successfully completed commercial and/or technical training Experience in service; alternatively experience in sales or consulting Knowledge of IT/software is an advantage Confident use of MS Office applications and an ERP system Customer- and goal-oriented mindset with cost awareness Independent and structured way of working Team player with a friendly manner, flexibility and strong commitment #J-18808-Ljbffr
