• Advise and support prospective and existing customers with cruise travel

• Create tailored travel offers and packages

• Book and manage cruises and related travel services

• Deliver knowledgeable and friendly customer support

Requirements

• Experience as a travel consultant (m/f/d) in a travel agency or with a tour operator, or comparable professional experience (e.g., travel advisor, customer service, or onboard ship experience)

• Confident handling of consultations by phone and email

• Professional, confident, and customer-focused communication style

• Ability to stay organized and maintain a cool head in busy situations

• Team-oriented approach

• Strong service and quality orientation

• Ability to conduct customer conversations in English

• Prior knowledge of cruise lines and cruise ships is desirable
