Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth virtual skincare consultations using video conferencing and digital assessment tools.
• Analyze client skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans, including product suggestions and lifestyle advice.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and the benefits of our client's product lines.
• Develop and deliver engaging online content, such as webinars, blog posts, and social media updates, related to skincare and wellness.
• Collaborate with the product development team by providing feedback on existing and new product formulations based on client interactions and market trends.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the CRM system.
• Stay current with advancements in aesthetic treatments, ingredients, and regulatory changes within the beauty industry.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the remote client service model.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Aesthetician with a proven track record in client consultations.
• Extensive knowledge of dermatology, cosmetic ingredients, and various skincare modalities.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and digital client management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex skincare concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their skincare goals.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
• A valid aesthetician license in your respective province or territory.
• Experience in creating educational content for online platforms is a plus.
• A strong understanding of Pietermaritzburg's unique climate challenges and their impact on skin health would be advantageous, although not strictly required for a remote role.
