Advise and support private investors from the initial inquiry through notarization Market residential units from the company’s own portfolio, including property presentations and viewings Prepare return calculations and decision-making materials for investors Build and maintain a personal network of investors and referral partners Coordinate with financing partners and notary offices through to closing Maintain sales data and consistently follow up on the pipeline

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in selling complex, consultative products, ideally real estate investments or financial products
  • Sound understanding of returns, financing, and the tax implications of investments
  • Confident manner when dealing with investors, from first-time buyers to experienced investors
  • Strong closing skills and perseverance throughout lengthy decision-making processes
  • Structured, self-directed approach to work
  • Class B driver’s license
